UNIVERSITÉ ABOU BAKR BELKAID TLEMCEN ALGERIA 
Contribution: Cooperation is agreed upon the following activities: development of research themes of mutual interest; participation in post-degree teaching; supervision of Ph.D. thesis; co-supervision of thesis of mutual interest; reception at the university of Pavia of researchers and students from the University of Tlemcen; short periods of research for researchers and students of the university of Pavia at the univeristy of Tlemcen.
SS CYRIL AND METHODIUS UNIVERSITY OF SKOPJE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA
Contribution: The cooperation agreed upon concerns research activities of mutual interest within the field of earthquake engineering and structural engineering. It is envisaged there will be participation in post-degree teaching and supervision of Ph.D. thesis; short research and exchange periods of researchers between the two universities; project planning and drawing up in order to get funds either from European programmes or bilateral cooperation programmes.
XIAMEN UNIVERSITY (CHINA)
Contribution: The cooperation established with the University of Xiamen, as per agreement signed by both parts, is based on the exchange of both Ph. D. students and the teaching staff. In particular the cooperation has enabled a Chinese student to take part in a Ph. D project in the academic year 2008/2009 (XXIV cycle)
CYPRUS UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY
Contribution: The cooperation with the university of Cyprus, over the previous Ph. D. cycles, has allowed the exchange of both university students and teachers for research and experimentation activities. The signature of a cooperation agreement will enable a profitable participation in combined research activities over the new Ph. D. cycle.
SPACE RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE RUSSIAN ACADEMY OF SCIENCES
Contribution: The cooperation signed with the Space Research Institute has allowed the exchange of members of the teaching staff involved in joined research activities and in the running of Ph. D. courses over the previous cycles.
INSTITUTE OF MECHANICS OF NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SCIENCES OF ARMENIA
Contribution: The cooperation is based upon Ph. D. students and teachers exchange aiming at joined research activities within European projects.

Contribution: The cooperation is based upon Ph. D. students and teachers exchange aiming at joined research activities within European projects.
